Notre \u00e9quipe \u00e9tudie et mod\u00e9lise ces effets, \u00e0 la fois sur des syst\u00e8mes mod\u00e8les et sur des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats industriels. Nous d\u00e9veloppons des m\u00e9thodes d\u2019\u00e9laboration permettant un contr\u00f4le optimal de la phase air, pour obtenir soit des bulles dilu\u00e9es dans le mat\u00e9riau, ou bien des mousses. A l\u2019\u00e9tat fluide (non durci), nous \u00e9tudions leur \u00e9volution temporelle et leur rh\u00e9ologie. A l\u2019\u00e9tat solide, nous nous int\u00e9ressons \u00e0 leur comportement m\u00e9canique et leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de transport (thermique, acoustique, perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9). Nous \u00e9tudions \u00e9galement les interfaces liquides tapiss\u00e9es de grains (hydrophobes) qui peuvent appara\u00eetre spontan\u00e9ment lorsque de l\u2019air est incorpor\u00e9 dans une
