Research aims to obtain a better understanding of the in-service behavior of structures (railways, bridges, etc.) by exploiting the measurements taken in-situ using appropriate models. This approach should make it possible to optimize maintenance operations as well as possible and to develop a preventive, profitable and sustainable solution for extending the life of the structures.
