Hello, my name is Sylvain Phetsinorath. In 2023, during my final engineering internship, I joined the MSA team at the Navier laboratory. Under the supervision of Julien Archez, Jean-François Caron, Romain Mesnil, and Nicolas Du Coulombier, I participated in the development of printable geopolymer formulations. This internship also allowed me to discover 3D printing technology in construction, as well as the prospects and challenges it offers.

My doctorate focuses on the mechanical behavior of 3D-printed mortar used as permanent formwork. Unlike classical methods, this formwork remains integral to the structure, but it is not included in the structural calculation. An interface forms between this formwork and the poured mortar. My study concentrates on evaluating and understanding the mechanical behavior of this interface based on different parameters, combining experiments and applying the numerical simulation developed by Maxime Pierre to the problem.
