Eco-design requires the integration of low-impact materials and processes, but also to be able to quantify these impacts. In this context, MSA has developed several projects based on the use of wood or other bio-based or natural materials in association with other more conventional ones, for use in structures and buildings; the idea beyound is to better take into account the complementarities from a mechanical and environmental point of view. In parallel, the team is working on the development of databases and LCA methodologies in line with national constructive methods.
